Ingredients
- 2 Salmon filets
- 2 cups Green beans, trimmed
- 12 Yukon gold baby potatoes
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 Lemon, thinly sliced
- Fresh dill, chopped
- Toby’s Yogurt Ranch Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 375 F. On a lined baking dish, arrange salmon, green beans, and potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and add salt & pepper to taste. Place lemon slices over salmon and sprinkle with fresh dill.
Bake for 20 minutes until salmon is cooked through and veggies are tender.
