- 1-2 cups quinoa or grain of choice, cooked
- 1-2 cups fresh or frozen vegetables
We used frozen peas, beets, corn, green beans, and fresh carrots in this recipe

Gather all ingredients. Prepare quinoa or grain of choice. Cook the vegetables using your preferred method. We sautéed all the veggies in a pan with a bit of oil and spices.
Grab a bowl or plate. Add quinoa, vegetables, and any other toppings you’d like, such as sauerkraut or sesame seeds. Spoon your favorite Toby’s Dip on top for more plant-powered protein. Enjoy!
