Ingredients
Cajun sauce
- 2 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt & pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tsp italian seasoning
- 1 tsp hot sauce or chili paste
- ¼ cup Toby’s Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip
Sandwich fixings
- 4 oz Frozen popcorn shrimp
- 2 Toasted french rolls, cut sandwich style
- 1 Medium tomato, sliced
- 1 small jalapeño, sliced
- 1 cup curly lettuce ends, chopped
- Toby’s Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat a greased air fryer basket to 400 F for 1-2 minutes, then air fry the shrimp for 10 minutes at 375 F tossing halfway through, or as bag instructions direct.
Meanwhile, in a bowl combine chili powder, cumin, salt & pepper, paprika, chili flakes, Italian seasoning, hot sauce, and Toby’s Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip. Mix well until fully combined.
Add tomatoes, jalapeños, cooked shrimp, and lettuce to the french rolls. Drizzle with cajun sauce and more Jalapeño Ranch. Serve and enjoy your Spicy Shrimp Po’ Boy!
