Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Edamame, thawed
- 4 cups Frozen precooked shrimp
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey chili sauce
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 cups White short grain rice, cooked
- ½ cup Cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 Fresh jalapeño, sliced
- Toby’s Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip
- Chives, finely chopped
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Heat a greased skillet over medium high heat. Mix shrimp, soy sauce, honey chili sauce, and garlic powder in a bowl. Mix well, then add to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes until fully heated and lightly charred.
Spoon a bed of rice and top with edamame, cucumber, and shrimp. Drizzle with Toby’s Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip, and garnish with fresh chives and jalapeño. Serve and enjoy your Spicy Shrimp Rice Bowls!
