Ingredients
Tuna Salad
- 6 oz Canned tuna, drained
- ¼ cup Celery, finely chopped
- ¼ tsp Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Toby’s Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip
Fixings
- ½ cup Shredded lettuce
- 4 Tostada shells
- ¼ cup Tomato, finely chopped
- 1 small Avocado, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 Jalapeño, sliced
- 4 Fresh lime wedges
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. In a bowl, combine tuna, celery, salt & pepper to taste, and Toby’s Jalapeño Ranch Dressing & Dip. Mix until well combined, adding more ranch to desired consistency.
Plate the tostada shells over shredded lettuce and add on the tuna salad, tomato, avocado, and red onion. Drizzle with more ranch dressing and top with fresh cilantro and jalapeño slices.
Serve with a fresh lime wedge and enjoy your Spicy Tuna & Avocado Tostadas!
