Spinach Feta Egg White Wrap

- 4 oz egg whites
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 whole wheat flour tortillas, 8”
- Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip
- 4 sundried tomatoes, smashed
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 2 tbsp feta cheese crumble
Gather all ingredients. Heat a large grease skillet over medium heat, then add in egg whites and salt & pepper. Cook for 3-5 minutes like an omelet, then roll up egg and cook for 3-5 minutes, until cooked through. Set aside.
Plate the tortillas and spread over evenly with Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip, leaving a half inch margin. Add sundried tomatoes and half the egg white roll on each. Top with spinach and wrap it up!
Cook wraps in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Plate, cut in half, and top with feta cheese crumbles and more feta dressing. Serve and enjoy your Spinach Feta Egg White wrap!
