- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red onion, sliced

- 1 tsp. cayenne powder, optional

Instructions
To begin preparing your spicy steak fajitas, gather all of the ingredients. Preheat your grill to medium high heat.
In a small bowl, combine chili powder, cayenne, paprika, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Rub the steak with the seasoning mixture, then brush with olive oil. If you prefer, leave a bit of seasoning mix to coat the sliced bell peppers and onions.
Add steak to grill and cook until desired, flipping once. Remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes. Thinly slice steak into strips.
In a medium bowl, add bell peppers and onion with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat evenly then add to grill. Cook until tender and slightly charred, about 7 minutes.
To assemble the fajitas tacos, grab a corn tortilla and add bell peppers and onion. Then add grilled steak and sliced avocado.
Top with a hearty drizzle of Toby’s Jalapeño Ranch and cilantro. Enjoy your spicy steak fajitas!
