Gather all ingredients. Bring a pot of water to boil and add tapioca pearls, cook for 5 minutes until they float. Use a slotted spoon to remove from the water and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
In a small bowl, add matcha powder and ¼ cup of boiling water. Whisk until fully combined. Place in the fridge to cool.
Meanwhile, blend together strawberries and Genesis Organic Strawberry Lemonade until smooth. Add more lemonade if using frozen berries.
In a glass, add in the tapioca pearls, strawberry purée, coconut milk, and cold matcha tea. Serve with a long spoon or large straw and enjoy!
