Ingredients
- 8 oz puff pastry
- ¼ cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup zucchini squash, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp fresh dill, chopped
- ½ tsp salt & pepper, to taste
- Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 F. On a parchment lined baking sheet, roll out dough and pinch the edges to create a crust.
Spread over with ricotta cheese and arrange the zucchini over the entire pastry and sprinkle over mozzarella cheese. Season with salt & pepper to taste. Bake for 15 minutes until the crust is golden.
