Simply blend together the frozen blueberries, the frozen banana, yogurt, and Genesis Ginger Herbal Tonic until you’ve reached your own desired consistency. For the best results, it should be thick enough to support some toppings, but smooth enough to easily pour out.
Pour your smoothie into a bowl and top it with some sliced banana, wild blueberries, whole or sliced strawberries, or use raspberries instead of strawberries (or why not both?) For a finishing touch sprinkle over some granola, and add a sprinkle of cinnamon as well.
