Ingredients
- 6 Frozen meatballs, cooked to package instructions
- 2 cups Green leaf lettuce
- 6 oz Yukon potatoes, roasted
- 1/2 cup Cherry Tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Red olives
- Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip
- 1/4 tsp Salt & pepper, to taste
- Cucumber, optional
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. In 1-2 serving bowls, arrange a bed of lettuce. Top with meatballs, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, and red olives. Drizzle with Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip and add salt & pepper to taste. Optionally top with cucumber.
