- 1 red apple, cored and chopped
- 1 frozen ripe banana, peeled
- 1/4 cup oats, quick or rolled
- 2 medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground
- 1/8 tsp. ginger, ground
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg, ground
- 1/4 cup oat milk
- 1/4 cup Genesis PNW Apple Juice, add more for thinner smoothie consistency
Toppings
- Pecans or walnuts, crushed
- Almond butter
- Apple, chopped
- Granola
- Medjool dates, chopped

A nutritious spin on a seasonal favorite! This Apple Pie Smoothie Bowl is topped with fresh chopped apples, creamy almond butter, and a sprinkle of cinnamon! To begin preparing this smoothie bowl, gather all of the ingredients. Prep the fruits by washing them, peel the frozen banana and chop the apple. Add in the frozen banana, the chopped apple, the rolled oats, the dates, vanilla extract, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, Genesis PNW Apple Juice and oat milk to a blender.
Blend ingredients until they become smooth and creamy. Transfer over the smoothie to a medium small bowl and add in your favorite toppings. Our favorites are pecans or walnuts, almond butter, chopped apple, granola and dates! Serve immediately and enjoy your smoothie bowl!
