Ingredients
- 1 French baguette, sliced 1” pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 16 tbsp Toby’s Original Dip & Spread
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium Avocado, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Feta cheese crumbles (goat cheese substitute optional)
- ¼ cup Fresh basil, finely sliced
- 8 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 275 F. Brush the baguette with olive oil and place on a parchment line baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes to desired toastiness.
Spread a serving of Toby’s Original Dip & Spread on each toasted slice. In a medium bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, avocado, feta cheese crumbles, and a tsp of olive oil. Toss until combined, then carefully spoon the mixture onto the baguette slices.
Top each with a bit of fresh basil and balsamic vinegar. Serve and enjoy your Avocado & Tomato Bruschetta!
