Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 3 tbsp. cornstarch
- 3/4 cup milk of choice, we used soy milk
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 1/2 cups bbq sauce of choice
- Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
- Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Chop the cauliflower into 1-2 inch pieces.
In a bowl, combine flour, cornstarch, milk of choice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Pour breadcrumbs into another bowl or shallow dish. Toss cauliflower pieces in the batter mixture. Next, transfer a few cauliflower pieces at a time to the breadcrumbs, coating them evenly. Place the coated cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Next place the baking sheet in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs become golden brown.
Toss or brush over them evenly with BBQ sauce, then let them bake for another 5 minutes.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and let cool. Garnish with chopped green onion and serve with a side of Toby’s Ranch and Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip. Enjoy your BBQ Cauliflower!
