Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, chopped into florets
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour, can sub for gluten-free
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup buffalo sauce, we used Frank’s
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs, optional
- Toby’s Lite Jalapeño Dip & Spread, for dipping
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Wash cauliflower and cut into bite sized pieces. Pat dry or place on towel.
Add flour, water, Frank’s Buffalo Sauce, and melted butter to a bowl. Stir or whisk until combined.
Generously coat each cauliflower piece with flour mixture. To distribute the mixture more evenly, add to a large container with a lid, and give it a good shake.
Add panko bread crumbs to a bowl and roll half of the cauliflowers in the crumbs. You can bread them all or skip this step altogether.
Add your buffalo cauliflower pieces to a greased baking sheet. Make sure they are spread out evenly. Bake for ~40 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
Remove buffalo bites from the oven when they are slightly browned. Let cool for a few minutes.
Serve with Toby’s Lite Jalapeño Dip & Spread or any of our Dressings. Enjoy!
