Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Toby’s Original Dip & Spread
can sub for Toby’s Lite Original - 8 oz. spaghetti
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 1/4 cups milk
we used organic soy milk - 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. miso paste
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. paprika powder
Handful of parsley, finely chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
While pasta is cooking, sauté your onions, garlic, mushrooms, and cabbage until browned. Then add soy sauce and miso paste.
In a bowl, mix milk and flour. Pour over mushrooms, add spices, and stir. Cook until thickened.
Drain pasta. Mix the creamy mushroom sauce with pasta.
Top with Toby’s Original Dip & Spread, parsley, and spices of choice. Enjoy!
