Gather all ingredients. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
While pasta is cooking, sauté your onions, garlic, mushrooms, and cabbage until browned. Then add soy sauce and miso paste.
In a bowl, mix milk and flour. Pour over mushrooms, add spices, and stir. Cook until thickened.
Drain pasta. Mix the creamy mushroom sauce with pasta.
