Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Toby’s Dip & Spread
- 4 tostadas shells
can sub for corn tortillas - 1/2 can refried beans
we used Amy’s organic refried beans - 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup corn
we used canned, frozen or fresh works too - 1/2 cup red onion, sliced
- 4 radishes, sliced
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1 jalapeno, sliced
- Handful of cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, to squeeze
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Heat tostada shells (or tortillas) in oven for a few minutes, until warm.
Spread refried beans on shells, add lettuce, corn, tomatoes, and onion. Top with dollops of Toby’s & fresh cilantro. Squeeze with lime juice. Enjoy!
