Ingredients
- 1 Red bell pepper, sliced into rings
- 1 Medium zucchini, sliced
- 1 Medium yellow squash, sliced
- 2 Ears corn, halved and quartered
- ¼ cup Shallots, sliced
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip
- Fresh chives, sliced
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Grease and preheat a grill pan or grill on medium high heat.
Grill the bell pepper, zucchini, yellow squash, corn, and shallots until tender and lightly charred. Season with salt, pepper, and other preferred seasonings. Garnish with fresh chives and serve with a ramekin of Toby’s Feta Cheese Dressing & Dip. Enjoy your Grilled Summer Vegetables!
