Ingredients
- 2 4 oz chicken thighs, skinless & boneless
- ½ tsp salt & pepper, to taste
- ¼ cup Toby’s Honey Mustard Dressing & Dip
- ⅔ cup broccoli florets
- ¼ tsp Garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Italian herbs
- Fresh thyme
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Heat a greased grill skillet over medium high heat. Rub chicken with salt & pepper then drizzle with Toby’s Honey Mustard Dressing & Dip evenly. Roast for 10 minutes on each side until golden and slightly charred.
Meanwhile, toss broccoli with garlic powder, italian herbs, and salt to taste. Add them to the grill skillet for the last 10 minutes of cooking, stir occasionally.
