Ingredients
- Toby’s Original Dip & Spread
- 1 cup soy curls, cooked
we seasoned with salt + paprika - 1/2 cup chickpeas
- 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 cup red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup tomato, sliced
- 1/3 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1/3 cup olives of choice
- 1 large pita bread, or 2 small
- 2 tbsp. dill, chopped
- Optional: Toby’s Ranch Dressing, for drizzling
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. You can swap for another protein of choice if you cannot find Butler Soy Curls.
Season and cook soy curls according to package instructions.
Prep and slice produce. Lightly sauté the veggies and chickpeas in a pan with a bit of oil or water.
Add all ingredients to a bowl and serve with pita bread or fill pita bread with all ingredients. Top with your favorite Toby’s Dressing or Plant Based Dip. Enjoy!
