Ingredients
- 2-3 large butter lettuce leaves, can sub romaine
- 1/2 cup Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread
- 1/2 cup carrots, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup zucchini or cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 radish, thinly sliced
- Sprig of cilantro
- Sprinkle of sesame seeds or hemp hearts

To begin preparing your mostly raw lettuce cups, gather together all of the ingredients. Place 1-2 large butter lettuce leaves on a plate.
