Ingredients
Pulled Pork
- 1 cup pulled pork, precooked
- 1 tbsp BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp cumin
Fixings
- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 cup baby spinach
- ½ cup colby jack cheese, shredded
- 4 Tbsp Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
- 1 fresh lime, quartered
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Preheat an oiled skillet over medium heat. In a bowl combine pulled pork, BBQ sauce, chili powder, garlic powder, and cumin. Mix until fully combined.
Lay out two flour tortillas and divide pulled pork, spinach, cheese, and Toby’s Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip onto a quarter space of the tortillas. Slice from the center to the edge between one of the quarters and fold over four times.
Cook the quesadilla in the skillet for 5-10 minutes on each side until golden brown and crisp. Serve with lime & enjoy your Pulled Pork Quesadilla!
