Ingredients
- 6 oz Chicken breast
- ½ cup Red seedless grapes, halved
- ¼ cup Red onion, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Celery, sliced
- ¼ cup Green apple, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip
- ½ tsp Salt & pepper, to taste
- 2 Croissants
- ¼ cup Arugula
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Bring a medium pot of water to boil. Add chicken and boil for 15 minutes until cooked through. Set aside and let cool, then shred chicken by hand.
In a medium bowl, combine shredded chicken, red grapes, celery, green apple, Toby’s Ranch Dressing & Dip, and salt & pepper.
On two plates, slice the croissants in half lengthwise like a sandwich. Divide arugula and chicken salad. Serve and enjoy your Ranch Chicken Salad Croissant!
