Sheet Pan Sausage & Veggies with Honey Mustard Dressing & Dip

- 16 oz. chicken sausage or plant based sausage, sliced ½ inch thick
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 1 cup red and yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1 tsp. oregano
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Toby’s Honey Mustard Dressing & Dip
Gather all of the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 400 degree F. Using a nonstick or lightly greased baking pan, add in the sausage, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, broccoli florets, and minced garlic. Season with some basil, thyme, oregano, salt, and pepper to taste. Then evenly drizzle over with some olive oil, or just add the oil and hand mix the veggies to coat everything evenly in oil.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the veggies are tender and the sausage is fully cooked through. Remove from the oven, toss the veggies and sausage, and let cool for several minutes.
Serve with a side of Toby’s Honey Mustard Dressing & Dip or drizzle the dressing right over the pan. Serve and enjoy your Sheet Pan Sausage & Veggies!
