- ½ cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- ¼ cup spinach, chopped
- ½ cup Toby’s Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip
- ¼ cup cream cheese, room temperature
- ¼ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ¼ cup parmesan, shredded
- Fresh curly parsley
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 baguette, sliced
Gather all ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 F. In two souffle dishes or one large baking dish, add the artichoke hearts, spinach, Toby’s Yogurt Blue Cheese Dressing & Dip, cream cheese. Mozzarella, and parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined, then top with more mozzarella.
Add baguette slices to a baking sheet and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
Bake both the dip and bread at the same time for 7 minutes. Remove bread and broil the dip for 3 more minutes until the cheese is lightly browned.
