Ingredients
- 1 Sun dried tomato everything bagel, halved
- ¼ cup Cherry tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- ½ tsp Salt & pepper, to taste
- Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread
- ¼ cup Broccoli microgreens
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Toast the bagel in the toaster to your preference. Meanwhile, heat a small skillet over medium high heat. Add olive oil and cherry tomatoes to the skillet and add salt & pepper to taste. Cook for 5 minutes or until tender and lightly browned.
Generously cover one open face of the bagel with Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread. Top with microgreens and roasted tomatoes. Top with the other bagel half.
Cut in half to share, or have it all to yourself! Serve and enjoy your Sprouts & Roasted Tomato Bagel!
