Ingredients
- 6 sweet mini peppers, halved lengthwise
- 2 jalapeño Peppers, halved lengthwise
- 8 tbsp. Toby’s Jalapeno Plant Based Dip & Spread
- 8 tbsp. Toby’s Original Plant Based Dip & Spread
- Sprinkle of red pepper flakes, optional
- 2 tsp. cilantro, finely chopped
- 4 cherry Tomatoes, quartered
Instructions
Gather all ingredients. Arrange the peppers on a plate or serving board. Fill each pepper with a spoon of Toby’s Jalapeno Plant Based Dip & Spread or Toby’s Original Plant Based Dip & Spread. Sprinkle over with red chili flakes and cilantro. Place a cherry tomato quarter on each pepper, serve and enjoy your Stuffed Mini Peppers!
