Sun Dried Tomato Crostini with Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread

- 1 baguette, cut into 1/2 inch round slices
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup fresh basil, loosely packed
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 container Toby’s Plant Based Dip & Spread
- Flaky salt, to taste

Take the baguette and cut it up into 1/2 inch round slices and place them out evenly spaced on a baking sheet in a single layer. Lightly drizzle over the sliced bread with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to get that perfect crunch. Bake the slices until they become lightly golden brown, or around 8 to 10 minutes.
