Gather all ingredients. Heat oil in a skillet or wok over medium heat.
Slice tofu into ½” cubes and add to skillet. Sauté until golden in color and liquid is absorbed.
Add Toby’s Seasoning Mix and gently stir to coat the tofu evenly.
Add minced garlic and pour in soy sauce in a steady stream, turning the tofu well with spatula.
Cook on medium heat until tofu is a brown, golden color and most liquid is absorbed.
Serve the seasoned tofu while warm with your favorite veggies, on a buddha bowl, in tacos, or with a tasty dip—the possibilities are endless!
