Ingredients
- 2 flour tortillas, large burrito size
- ½ cup Toby’s Original Dip & Spread
- 2 slices deli turkey, omit for plant based
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 small cucumber or zucchini, sliced
- ¼ cup purple cabbage, shredded
- ¼ cup sprouts or microgreens
- 1 avocado, sliced

Make this vibrant wrap for a fresh tasting snack or lunch on-the-go! It’s simple and easy to make, but tastes great! Take it with you right away or prep it before to store in the fridge for an even easier daily prep without having to worry about your meal. To begin preparing your veggie packed wrap, gather all of the ingredients.
Lay out your tortillas on a plate or board. Spread over with Toby’s Original Dip & Spread evenly between both of the tortillas.
Pile on the tortilla with your favorite veggies like sliced bell pepper, grated carrot, sliced cucumber or zucchini, shredded purple cabbage, sprouts or microgreens, and creamy avocado. Add some turkey slices or keep it meat free for a true veggie wrap.
Gently roll up and fold your veggie filled tortillas into a burrito shaped wrap. Slice your wrap in half or keep it whole. Enjoy your vibrant veggie packed wrap!
